在某汽车团采访,笔者从一些看似不起眼的琐事中,强烈地感受到政委杜宜凯的爱兵境界和带兵艺术。当我们获知该团被成都军区联勤部评为“尊干爱兵先进单位”的消息后,更加体会到:正是这些“不起眼”的爱心之举,产生了强烈的聚合效应,他以爱心换安心,用关心促尽力,靠公心聚人心,使全团的官兵关系更加融洽。
