煤矿员工的安全素质低下是我国煤矿事故频发的主要原因之一。煤矿员工的安全素质是决定我国煤矿安全生产的最重要因素。因此,要从根本上预防煤矿事故,确保我国煤矿安全生产,必须致力于提高煤矿员工的安全素质。
The safety quality of coal mine workers is one of the main causes of coal mine accidents in our country. The safety quality of coal miners is the most important factor that determines the safety of coal mines in China.
