近期,江苏省南京市纪委通过官方微博,向广大网民征集特权现象表现及其治理对策。公车私用并违章掉头、滥用公务消费、公共资源的“内部优惠价格”等特权现象,接连被网友“托出水面”。这些现象,看似细小,却反映着公权力隐蔽的“特权”冲动现实社会,特权思想若隐若现挥之不去,特权行为呈现“闻起来臭,吃起来香”的趋势。公众舆论对其切齿痛限,口诛笔伐之声不绝于耳;但“有权不用,过期作废”的观念却又流毒甚深,当事人会心照不宣地按“潜规则”来运作权力、处理事情。作为思想作风领域的顽症,特权思想具有抗药性、复发性和隐蔽性,整治起来不可能立竿见影,要有打持久战的心理准备,需要两手抓,两手都要硬。一手是抓教育。着眼于
