螺纹的损坏是钻具事故的主要形式。本文分析了连接螺纹受到的应力状态,连接载荷在螺纹牙齿上的分布具有不均匀性,外螺纹根部受到的载荷最大,是整个螺纹薄弱环节。从材料性质、螺纹加工精度、应力集中情况、钻柱的工作状况、井眼状况等几方面介绍了引起螺纹损坏的因素。应用平衡强度概念计算常用螺杆连接扣型的螺纹强度比,揭示了潜在风险。掌握钻具螺纹的疲劳损坏机理和预防措施,对今后技术服务或有裨益。
Thread damage is the main form of drilling accidents. In this paper, the stress state of the connecting thread is analyzed, the distribution of the connecting load on the thread is inhomogeneous, and the load on the root of the male thread is the largest, which is the weakest link of the whole thread. From the nature of the material, thread machining accuracy, stress concentration, the working conditions of the drill string, borehole conditions and other aspects of the cause of thread damage caused by the factors. Applying the concept of balancing strength to calculate the ratio of thread strengths for common screw-type connections reveals potential risks.
