由于化石能源工业的不断发展及其大量燃烧造成的严重环境污染问题等原因,促使页岩气逐渐成为绿色革命的关键能源组成之一。四川盆地龙马溪组是我国页岩气主力开采层位,在页岩气开采过程中,针对储层变形监测将有利于指导现场页岩气开采方案和安全风险管理等工作。光纤布拉格光栅测量应变的方法是近年来被广泛使用的一种新颖先进的实时应变监测技术,研究将其运用于页岩单轴压缩试验并对页岩表面应变进行监测。结果表明:(1)光纤布拉格光栅能够较好地监测页岩表面应变变化且环向应变传递效率高于轴向;(2)光纤布拉格光栅测试结果优于十字应变花,但轴向应变变化极易受表面裂缝发育影响而导致较低传递效率;(3)光栅传递效率受光栅本身力学性质、粘贴层性质及厚度等因素影响。从试验选择的两种环氧树脂黏胶对比试验结果中可知,新型555黏胶效果更佳。
Due to the continuous development of the fossil energy industry and the serious environmental pollution caused by the massive combustion, shale gas has gradually become one of the key energy components of the green revolution. Longmaxi Formation in Sichuan Basin is the main shale gas exploitation layer in China. Monitoring of reservoir deformation in the process of shale gas exploitation will be helpful for guiding on-site shale gas exploration and safety risk management. Fiber Bragg grating strain measurement method is widely used in recent years, a novel advanced real-time strain monitoring technology, research applied to shale uniaxial compression test and shale surface strain monitoring. The results show that: (1) Fiber Bragg grating can monitor the surface strain of shale well and the transmission efficiency of circumferential strain is better than that of the axial direction; (2) The results of fiber Bragg grating are better than that of cross strain, Which is easily affected by the development of surface cracks, resulting in lower transmission efficiency. (3) The grating transmission efficiency is affected by the mechanical properties of the grating itself, the nature and thickness of the adhesive layer, and the like. From the test of the two kinds of epoxy adhesive comparison test results we can see that the new 555 glue better.
