益阳市水利水电勘测设计研究院始建于1963年11月,是一个以水利水电工程设计为主、兼顾水利工程咨询与勘测的设计院。具有工程设计水利行业乙级、工程勘察专业类(岩土工程)乙级、工程咨询乙级、生产建设项目水土保持方案编制单位水平评价乙级、水资源论证乙级、水文水资源调查评价资质乙级、工程测绘乙级资质,主要从事水库枢纽、灌溉排涝、河道治理、城市防洪、引调水、围垦等水利工程项目的规划、咨询、勘测、设计。于2005年通过了ISO9001:2000标准质量管理体系认证。
Yiyang City Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute was founded in November 1963, is a design of water conservancy and hydropower projects, both water conservancy consulting and survey design institute. Class B for engineering design and water conservancy, class B for engineering survey (geotechnical engineering), class B for engineering consulting, class B for water and soil conservation plan for production and construction projects, class B for demonstration of water resources, qualification for investigation and evaluation of hydrological and water resources B, engineering mapping B qualification, mainly engaged in reservoir hub, irrigation and drainage, river management, urban flood control, water diversion, reclamation and other water conservancy projects planning, consulting, surveying and design. In 2005 passed the ISO9001: 2000 standard quality management system certification.
