同济高职是上海乃至全国第一所由普通大学成立专门从事高等职业教育的二级学院。结合高职的教学特点,学院在师资建设方面学习发达国家职业技术教育的先进经验,向“双师型”师资努力;一方面依托同济大学雄厚的师资力量,另一方面从行业或企事业单位中聘请有丰富实践经验的科技人员任教、指导学生实习。专业设置完全根据人才市场的需要,并有校内外有关专家组成的专业委员会调研、把关、落实,切切实实做到所设专业的科学性、实用性和合理性,为学生就业负责。
