本文研究了新试剂5-(对-硝基苯偶氮)-8-(对-甲苯磺酰氨基)喹啉(NPTSQ)与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在表面活性剂Tween 80存在下,于pH 10.2的H_3BO_3-KCl-NaOH缓冲溶液中,Co(Ⅱ)与NPTSQ形成1:3的紫蓝色络合物,其ε_(645nm)=8.6×10~4。钴在0~6.0μg/25ml范围内,遵守比耳定律。在掩蔽剂存在下,该显色反应有较好的选择性。本法直接测定了一些生物样品和维生素B_(12)中钴的含量,所得结果及回收试验令人满意。 8-氨基喹啉及其5-位偶氮衍生物在分析领域的应用得到了较快发展。由于氨基取代结构对8-氨基喹啉偶氮类试剂性能有较大影响,基于此,我们合成了新试剂5-(对-硝基苯偶氮)-8-(对-甲苯磺酰
In this paper, the color reaction of 5- (p-nitrophenylazo) -8- (p-toluenesulfonamido) quinoline (NPTSQ) with cobalt (Ⅱ) was studied. In the presence of surfactant Tween 80, Co (Ⅱ) forms a 1: 3 violet-blue complex with NPTSQ in pH 10.2 H_3BO_3-KCl-NaOH buffer solution, with ε_ (645nm) = 8.6 × 10 ~ 4. Cobalt in the 0 ~ 6.0μg / 25ml range, to comply with Beer’s law. In the presence of masking agent, the color reaction has better selectivity.
