济宁日报2014-11-24报道:近日,在兖州市发展改革委的积极推动下,山东太阳纸业股份有限公司在老挝投资建设年产30万吨化学浆项目获山东省发改委备案。项目总投资为2.9亿美元,主要建设年产30万吨漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆生产线,配套营造10万公顷的以桉树、相思树及当地速生树种为主栽树种的造纸工业原料基地。为促成该项目尽快立项,兖州市发展改革委外资科认真把好项目初审关,积极搭建企业与省发改委沟通桥梁,仅用了5天时间就完成了项目在山东省发展改革委备案的全部手续。

With a total investment of 290 million U.S. dollars, the project mainly produces bleached kraftwood hardwood pulp production lines with an annual output of 300,000 tons and 100,000-hectare papermaking raw material bases mainly consisting of eucalyptus, acacia and local fast-growing tree species. In order to facilitate the project as soon as possible, Yanzhou Development and Reform Commission, Bureau of Foreign Affairs seriously the good preliminary examination of the project, and actively build enterprises and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission to bridge the bridge in just five days to complete the project in Shandong Province, the NDRC all the formalities for the record .
