全面掌握和了解毕节市贫困农民思想现状,深刻分析贫困根源,把脉农村思想政治工作薄弱环节,对实现科学治贫、精准扶贫、有效脱贫无疑是有意义的,本调查报告通过问卷调查、召开座谈会、实地走访等形式,从不同层面调查了解贫困农民思想现状,通过分析,找到存在的主要问题,并提出进一步提高农民思想道德素质的对策和建议。
