镍离子电极已有文献记载,这些电极采用丁二酮肟等物质作载体,且大多装成液膜式结构,性能欠佳。本文试用长链季铵作阴离子载体,并以固体内导式结构取代文献中的液膜结构型式,制得了线性较宽、斜率较高的 Ni(CN)_4~(2-)离子电极,这种电极较文献报道的镍电极性能有了明显的改善。将电极用于光亮镀镍液中镍含量的测定时,与现行化学法结果基本一致。电极尚可用于各种镀镍液中镍含量的快速分析。
Nickel ion electrode has been documented, these electrodes using dimethylglyoxime and other substances as a carrier, and most of the liquid membrane structure installed, poor performance. In this paper, long-chain quaternary ammonium was used as an anion carrier, and the structure of the liquid film in the literature was replaced by the solid inner conduction structure. The Ni (CN) _4 ~ (2-) ion electrode with wider linearity and higher slope was obtained. Compared with the reported nickel electrode, the kind of electrode shows a significant improvement. When the electrode is used for the determination of nickel content in bright nickel plating solution, it is basically consistent with the current chemical method. Electrodes are also used for rapid analysis of nickel content in various nickel plating baths.
