去年十二月间,一机部机械制造与工艺研究院召开了有关土铁的鑄造經驗交流会,段副部长在会上指出:必須用两条腿走路,不仅要使白口土鉄变为灰口鉄,并要用土铁制造土球墨鑄铁。这一指示对我們有很大的启发,同时在我們試驗去硫时,曾发现土鉄有用鋁球化的可能性,因此就大胆設想用鋁、硼、鋅作球化剂不经热处理直接鑄造出“孕育土球墨鑄鉄”。目前已得到初步成功,由于我們工作还作得很少,目前还在继续进行試驗研究。
