本文是结合长沙第二机床厂产品CW6136车床的降噪试验研究,对该机床采取了各种试验测试方法,识别噪声源;并从该机床的传动、结构、设计、装配等方面分析其噪声产生原因,为新设计低噪声机床提供了可靠的理论根据。
This paper is based on the research of noise reduction of CW6136 lathe in Changsha No.2 Machine Tool Plant. Various test methods are adopted to identify the noise source. And the noise generation is analyzed from the transmission, structure, design and assembly of the machine tool The reason for the new design of low noise machine provides a reliable theoretical basis.
