目的分析广州市番禺区医用X射线诊断设备的运行状况,查找可能存在的问题并提出改进意见,以期达到提高医用X射线诊断设备的诊断质量、降低受检者及工作人员的受照剂量的目的。方法使用质量控制测量系统对广州市番禺区43台医用X射线诊断设备的摄影和透视质量控制指标进行检测,并按照WS 76-2011中相关规定对其进行评价。结果本次检测在用的43台医用X射线诊断设备中,检测项目全部合格的有40台,占93.0%,其中国产设备合格率为94.7%,进口设备合格率为91.7%。各检测项目结果显示,出现不合格的检测项目为光野与照射野偏离、自动亮度控制,其检测合格率分别为93.1%、92.3%;其余检测项目如管电压指示偏离、输出量的线性和重复性、空间分辨力、低对比度分辨率等合格率均为100%。结论广州市番禺区医用X射线诊断设备的总体运行情况良好,但是一些社区卫生服务中心等基层医疗单位仍然存在一定问题,医用X射线诊断设备的质量控制工作仍需加强,定期进行质量控制检测十分必要。
Objective To analyze the operational status of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in Panyu District, Guangzhou, to find possible problems and to provide suggestions for improvement in order to improve the diagnostic quality of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment and reduce the dose of the subjects and staff . Methods Quality control measurement system was used to test the quality control indexes of 43 sets of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in Panyu District, Guangzhou City and to evaluate it according to the relevant regulations in WS 76-2011. Results Of the 43 medical X-ray diagnostic equipment used in this test, 40 were all qualified, accounting for 93.0% of the total, of which the passing rate of domestic equipment was 94.7% and the passing rate of imported equipment was 91.7%. The test results showed that the unqualified test items deviated from the field of illumination and the irradiation field, automatic brightness control, the test pass rates were 93.1%, 92.3%; the remaining test items such as tube voltage deviation, output linear and repetitive Sexual, spatial resolution, low contrast resolution pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The overall operation of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in Panyu District of Guangzhou City is in good condition. However, some community health service centers and other primary medical units still have some problems. The quality control of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment still needs to be strengthened. Quality control testing necessary.
