试图通过分离乙酰裂解片段从酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)中分离得到纯化的甘露-低聚糖。经氨丙基-硅柱完全分离得到甘露二糖(M_2)、甘露三糖(M_3s)和甘露四糖(M_4);经石墨化碳柱得到M_3s的2个异构体(M_(3-1)、M_(3-2))。并用MALDI-TOF-MS和NMR对其结构进行了鉴定。
Attempts to isolate purified mannooligosaccharides from Saccharomyces cerevisiae by isolation of acetyl cleavage fragments. Mannobiose (M_2), mannotriose (M_3s) and mannotetraose (M_4) were completely separated by aminopropyl-silica column. Two isomers of M_3s (M_ (3-1 ), M_ (3-2)). Its structure was identified by MALDI-TOF-MS and NMR.
