酒泉地区农业技术推广站是酒泉地区行署农牧业处直属的以推广农业新技术、指导全区农业生产的事业单位,承担着省、地下达的耕作栽培、植物保护、土壤肥料等方面新技术的试验、示范、推广以及全区农业生产技术指导和技术培训等业务.几年来,我站在地区农牧业处和档案处的具体指导和帮助下,坚持以科技兴农为中心,以服务生产、服务科技为宗旨,狠抓了科技档案的管理工作,建立了农业技术推广综合档案.现有档案库房32m~2,标本室16m~2,阅览室32m~2,展室32m~2,灭火器、吸尘器、电钻、温湿度计等设备齐全.共积累形成了档案资料4971卷(册、盒).其中文书档案118卷,会计档案129卷,科技档案413卷,土壤普查专项档案79卷,科技图书资料3726卷(册),植物保护病、虫、草标本506盒.并制定了综合档案室各项管理制度,使档案管理工作逐步向规范化、制度化、标准化的方向发展,为全区农业技术推广工作发挥着重要的作用.
