以钢渣水洗尘泥为主要原料,配合粉煤灰和粘土为辅料,经搅拌、成球、干燥、预烧和焙烧后制成高强轻质陶粒。烧制的陶粒堆积密度539kg/m~3,表观密度1 063kg/m~3,吸水率2.4%,筒压强度4.5MPa,满足GB/T 17431-2010规定的普通轻集料600级的技术要求。利用钢渣水洗尘泥烧制陶粒,浸出液中的重金属离子浓度低于GB 5085.3-2007所规定的浸出毒性鉴别标准值,这表明高温焙烧工艺对陶粒中重金属有好的固化作用。
Steel slag as the main raw material for washing water and dust, with fly ash and clay as accessories, after mixing, into the ball, dry, calcined and roasted to make high-strength lightweight ceramic. The fired ceramic has a packing density of 539 kg / m ~ 3, an apparent density of 1.063 kg / m ~ 3, a water absorption of 2.4% and a barrel compressive strength of 4.5 MPa, which meets the requirements of the ordinary lightweight aggregate 600 class as specified in GB / T 17431-2010 skills requirement. The use of slag wash water ceramic dust burning, the concentration of heavy metal ions in the leachate is lower than the standard value of the identification of leaching toxicity specified in GB 5085.3-2007, indicating that the high temperature roasting process has a good curing effect on the heavy metals in the ceramsite.
