采用几种不同的测试方法,初步探讨了石膏材料的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型裂纹的断裂韧度。试验结果表明:石膏材料属切口敏感性材料;不同的测试方法对试验结果有一定的影响;K_(ⅡC)/K_(IC)=1.01、K_(ⅢC)/K_(IC)=0.81符合应变能释放率断裂判据理论。似可认为石膏材料是研究非金属材料的断裂韧度的测试及其裂纹扩展规律较为理想的均质脆性材料。
Several different test methods were used to study the fracture toughness of Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ cracks of gypsum materials. The test results show that the gypsum material belongs to the incision sensitivity material, and the different test methods have some influence on the test results. The K_ (IC) / K_ (IC) = 1.01, K_ (IIc) / K_ Release rate fracture criterion theory It seems that the gypsum material is the test of the fracture toughness of non-metallic materials and the homogeneous brittle material whose crack propagation law is ideal.
