随着我国水电建设事业的发展,我们将修建越来越多的大型地下洞室和大直径的长隧洞。从某种意义上讲,这方面工程进展的快慢,将直接影响水电开发的速度。而要解决好这个问题,就必须认真总结以往工程实践的经验,摸清国外的发展水平和趋势,找出差距,制定措施,积极研究推广国内外的先进技术。为此,本文拟结合国内外经验,谈谈我国水电地下工程施工中值得注意的几个问题。
With the development of China’s hydropower construction, we will construct more and more large-scale underground caverns and large-diameter long tunnels. In a sense, the speed of progress in this area will directly affect the speed of hydropower development. To solve this problem, we must conscientiously sum up the experience of past engineering practice, find out the development level and trend in other countries, find the gaps, formulate measures and actively study and promote the advanced technologies at home and abroad. For this reason, this article intends to combine domestic and foreign experience, talked about some issues that should be noticed in the construction of hydropower underground engineering.
