做为一所医科大学的附属教学医院,近几年由于医疗、教学、科研的需要,从国外引进大量的医疗设备,建立了多处医疗设施。这些医疗设备的购进及设施的建立与完善,一方面给医院的医、教、研水平的,提高提供了可靠的物资保证;同时给医院治安防范工作带来了不安定因素。一旦发生火灾、爆炸、犯罪分子的人为破坏等突发事件,就会给国家和社会带来不可估量的损失。因此,准确、科学地建立要害部位,可以有效地保障医疗、教学、科研的正常秩序,保护国家财产和人身安全,保证社会稳定。本文着重对医院要害部位的划定与管理谈一点粗浅的看法。一、要害部位的划定:所谓“要害”原指人身体上易于致命的部位。但在日常生活中,将其涵义引伸,用来称呼重要的部门。在公安保卫工作中,“要害”是一个专用的业务用语。其涵义是对国家安危和国计民生有重大影响,对生产、业务全局起决定作用的部门(包括项目、设
