一、创新工会活动,是工会激发活力的源泉教职工只有不断学习,接受新思想、新理念,掌握先进的教育教学技能,才能适应时代要求,才能培养出更多更优秀人才,这样的工会才是活力四射的工会。“一个优秀或成功的教师应该具备各方面的专业要求,概括起来包括了三个方面:专业知识、专业技能和专业情意。”为此,我校工会组织了“教育思想大讨论、专业知识大学习、专业技能大训练”三大活动。通过活动,教职工的教育思想更适应了时代的要求,专业知识、专业技能有了很大的提高,工会组织充满了活力。
