建筑工程的楼(地)面层多为水泥砂浆面层,所需要的中粗砂由于距施工处较远,不但运输成本高,而且给施工也带来不便。如果采用附近的细砂,地坪难免出现空鼓、裂缝、起砂等缺陷。为解决这个难题,我们经十几个工程的摸索实践,总结出在水泥砂浆中掺加一定比例的石屑代替粗砂,可达到与使用粗砂做面层一样的效果。一、地坪特点水泥石屑砂浆地坪的抗裂性好、强度高、耐磨性好、粘结力强、施工质量容易保证,并且色泽一致、观感良好。
