慢性充血性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure,CHF),是大多数心脏病的最终结局,也是最主要的病死原因。骨桥蛋白(oesteopontin,OPN)是一种磷酸化糖蛋白,研究认为其参与心衰的发病过程。本实验观察CHF患者血清OPN水平的变化,为临床药物治疗慢性心力衰竭提供理论和实验基础。
Chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) is the ultimate outcome of most heart attacks and is the leading cause of death. Oesteopontin (OPN) is a phosphorylated glycoprotein that is thought to be involved in the pathogenesis of heart failure. This experiment observed the changes of serum OPN levels in CHF patients, providing theoretical and experimental basis for clinical drug treatment of chronic heart failure.
