分析了不同退火温度的TRIP/TWIP试验钢组织和性能。结果表明,在退火均热温度780℃时伸长率相对偏低,在800℃时屈服强度最高,退火均热温度对抗拉强度的影响较小,对伸长率的影响较大,不同退火均热温度下试验钢均没有明显屈服平台。试验钢的组织主要为奥氏体,变形前亚结构有退火孪晶出现,晶粒尺寸随着退火温度的升高而变得粗大,变形后形变孪晶数量随着退火温度的升高而增多。因TWIP效应和TRIP效应,试验钢具有高强度和高塑性。
The microstructure and properties of TRIP / TWIP test steel with different annealing temperatures were analyzed. The results show that the elongation is relatively low when the soaking temperature is 780 ℃, the yield strength is the highest at 800 ℃, and the soaking temperature has little effect on the tensile strength, but has a significant effect on the elongation. No obvious yield plateau for the test steel under hot temperature. The microstructure of the test steel is mainly austenite. The pre-deformation substructure has annealing twins and the grain size becomes coarse with the increase of annealing temperature. The amount of deformation twins increases with the increase of annealing temperature . Due to TWIP effect and TRIP effect, the test steel has high strength and high plasticity.
