洪洞县卫协会常务副会长,63岁的离休干部籍承恩,于1990年利用休闲时光在独家小院的二楼楼顶、阳台、院内共5块约36平方米的空地上填土(约40公分厚)、施肥、造地,到处寻购优种果木,自上而下密植了不同品种的葡萄、石榴、苹果、红果、蜜枣、桃、梨、李、杏等16种苗果木50余株。还有竹子、药材金银花及10余种蔬菜。另外,又有玫瑰、月季、夜来香、茉莉花、万年青、吊兰、仙人球等各种盆栽花果60余盆点缀室内外。
