近年来,常宁市根据农村基层组织建设的新任务、新要求,不断创新“三级联创”活动工作机制,有效地提高了农村基层组织建设工作整体水平。一、创新工作运行机制,形成“联创”合力一是组建工作机构。市委把农村基层组织建设工作摆上了重要议事日程,调整充实了基层组织建设工作领导小组,由市委书记任组长、副书记任副组长,18个相关职能部门一把手为成员。为加强“三级联创”活动的组织和协调,市委将基层办设为正科级常设机构。
