在分析测试中,被测组分的浓度与响应值(吸光度、峰高、滴定体积等)之间的关系大多是线性的,即建立的校正标准曲线大多是直线。那么标准曲线该如何评价、如何检验,这是分析人员关心的问题。我们采用一元线性回归的方法,参考了文献,在APPLE—Ⅱ微型计算机上编制了直线回归程序。该程序通过输入原始数据可计算给出直线的回归方程、相关系数、失拟检验统计量等信息。并可直接进行找点预报,还具有作图功能。
In the analysis and testing, the relationship between the concentration of the tested component and the response value (absorbance, peak height, titration volume, etc.) is mostly linear, that is, most calibration curves established are straight lines. So how to evaluate the standard curve, how to test, which is the analyst’s concern. We use a linear regression method, with reference to the literature, prepared in the APPLE-Ⅱ microcomputer linear regression program. The program can calculate the linear regression equation, the correlation coefficient, the misconducted test statistic and other information by inputting the original data. And can directly find the forecast, but also has the drawing function.
