2-[5-溴2-吡啶偶氮]二乙氨基酚已用作多种金属离子的灵敏显色剂.我们研究了在乳化剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)存在下,镉(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PADAP的显色特性.在pH9的硼砂-硼酸缓冲体系中,Cd(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADAP的λ_(max)为460nm OP-Cd(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADAP的λ_(max)是560nm:其络合物组成比(M:R)为1:2;比尔定组范围:2.5微克~20微克/25毫升;ε_(560)=1.66×10~5升,摩尔~(-1),厘米~(-1);5分钟后达最大显色量;稳定时期达2小时.将其应用于水质、土壤及矿石中镉的测定得到满意的结果.

The λ max of Cd (Ⅱ) -5-Br-PADAP was 460 nm in the borax- The lambda max of -Br-PADAP was 560 nm: its complex composition ratio (M: R) was 1: 2; the range of bilirubin was 2.5 micrograms to 20 micrograms / 25 milliliters; ~ 5 liters, mol ~ (-1), cm ~ (-1), reached maximum color after 5 minutes and reached stable state for 2 hours.The results were satisfactory for the determination of cadmium in water, soil and ores .
