It is a pleasure to interview Zhou Hanmin as the deputy district governor. Because he was originally a university president and was one of the few WTO experts in China. He also had the rigor of the theoretician and the passion of the speaker. He was agile and exported. Interviewing such a wise man is naturally a pleasure. However, interviewing him was a difficult task, because he served as deputy director of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo Bidding Leading Group Office, and as a representative of the Chinese Bureau of International Exhibitions, he was busy between Shanghai and Paris. As a deputy of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress, during the “two sessions,” he encountered television stations, radio stations, and several newspapers and newspapers to “surround the attack” in turns. Where can journalists turn “insert a foot”? Fortunately, Professor Zhou is anxious and difficult to squeeze out. On sporadic days of weekends, reporters were interviewed in a “quick and quick” style.
