我们为周口风机厂研制的用于加工罗茨风机渐开线叶轮的龙门刨床微机控制系统,取代了传统的机械模拟加工方法,取得了明显效果。一、总体方案设计根据龙门刨床加工的特点,即水平进刀和垂直进刀交替进行,只能将计算Y坐标和Y方向驱动放在水平进刀以后,垂直方向的进刀采用步进电机开环控制。值得研究的是水平方向的进刀采用什么方式最好,比较的结果,目前所使用的几种方式如表。
