在素质教育和以人为本的理念逐渐深入我国教育领域的大背景下,我国高校体育教学模式逐渐呈现出多元化、人性化等特点。在目前我国众多高校体育教学模式中,尚缺乏一种能全面推广并且行之有效的教学模式,而这一点恰恰说明,与其他内容的教学不同,体育教学在实施的过程中带给我们更多的思考。
