在现代农村建设工作当中,农村党员干部发挥着重要的作用,对其的教育和领导也是现阶段需要重视的工作。为了更好地开发农村的人力资源,需要对农村党员干部进行现代远程教育。现阶段我国已经形成了农村党员干部现代远程教育项目等现代农村远程教育体系,并且在现阶段的农村教育当中已经取得了一定的成效。但需要注意的是,在农村党员干部现代远程教育过程中也出现了一些问题,需要认真进行研究并且提出相关解决方案。主要对农村党员干部现代远程教育中出现的问题进行分析,探讨了应对的策略,从而为以后农村人力资源的开发和运用提出一些建议。
In the process of modern rural construction, Party members and cadres in rural areas play an important role, and their education and leadership are also tasks that need to be emphasized at this stage.
