为拓展加速器质谱技术(AMS)测量范围及测量放射性核束成分,建立了利用入射离子发射特征X射线鉴别同量异位素的方法,开展了利用AMS测量重核离子束成分的工作。用此方法可将测量79Se时的同量异位素干扰79Br压低2个数量级。对将用于64Cu放射性束实验的铜靶离子束成分进行了分析。
In order to expand the measurement range of AMS and measure the composition of radioactive nuclear beam, a method of identifying isobaric isotopes by using incident X-ray emission was established and the work of measuring nuclear heavy ion beam by AMS was carried out. The 79Br isobaric interference can be reduced by two orders of magnitude with this method. The copper target ion beam components to be used in 64Cu radioactive beam experiments were analyzed.
