京城权威人士指出,国有企业改革能否加快步伐,在很大程度上取决于各项配套改革的进度。企业改革不能单项突进,孤军深入。 目前,应抓好以下几方面的配套改革, 一是与企业产权改革密切相关的国有资产管理体制的改革。
