目的观察黄连上清丸联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法将2010年7月-2012年7月期间就诊的80例原发性三叉神经痛随即分为观察组和对照组各40例,其中对照组40例用卡马西平治疗,观察组40例在对照组基础上加用黄连上清丸,两组均治疗30天。结果两组患者经过一个疗程的治疗,观察组总有效率达92.50%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,两组患者总有效率比较,经过统计学分析,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论黄连上清丸联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huanglian Shangqing Pill combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Eighty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia who were treated during July 2010 to July 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, 40 cases in control group were treated with carbamazepine, 40 cases in observation group On the basis of the control group, Huanglian Shengtan Pill was used, both groups were treated for 30 days. Results After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate was 92.50% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05) . Conclusions Huanglian Shangqing Pill combined with carbamazepine is effective in treating primary trigeminal neuralgia and is worthy of clinical application.
