家庭是小学生成长和生活的重要场所,因此家长的生活习惯、劳动习惯和文化情趣对学生的成长至关重要。而学生进入学校后学校就是他们成长和学习的地方,所以老师在进行班级管理工作时要充分发挥家长的积极作用,将家长作为班级管理的主要力量。因此老师要和家长相互配合、互相支持从而增加教育的效果更好地完成班级管理工作并促进学生的健康成长。本文从小学教育与家庭教育结合存在的问题入手,探究了小学班级管理与家庭结合的途径以及小学班主任与家庭结合的重要意义。
Family is an important place for primary school students to grow and live. Therefore, parents’ habits, working habits and cultural interests are crucial to their growth. When the students enter the school, the school is where they grow and learn. Therefore, the teacher should give full play to the positive role of the parents in class management and regard the parents as the major force in class management. Therefore, teachers and parents should complement and support each other to increase the effectiveness of education to better complete class management and promote the healthy growth of students. This article starts from the problems existing in the combination of primary education and family education, explores the ways of combining primary school class management with family, and the importance of combining primary school teacher with family.
