“长走运动”又称“远足运动”、“健走运动”、“健步走”等,属于一种非竞技性的群众体育健身项目。由于其简单易行、安全有效,因此适应于各种人群。就运动本身而言,其健身的作用比散步有效,比慢跑安全,是现代人锻炼身体、调节心理、适应社会的最佳运动项目,是防治亚健康的最佳手段。有专家称:“健走是一项最完美的运动。”我觉得这话一点儿都不为过。
“Long walking”, also known as “hiking”, “walking exercise”, “walking” and so on, belong to a non-competitive mass sports fitness project. Because of its simple, safe and effective, it is suitable for all kinds of people. As far as exercise itself is concerned, its fitness function is more effective than walking and safer than jogging. It is the best way for modern people to exercise their body, regulate their psychology and adapt to society. It is the best way to prevent and treat sub-health. Some experts said: “Walking is one of the most perfect exercise.” I think this is a bit of an excuse.
