郑州市医疗机构蟑螂侵害调查

目的了解郑州市医疗机构内蟑螂侵害状况,为蟑螂防治提供科学依据。方法用诱捕法捕获蟑螂,并进行计数及数据分析。结果共调查556个房间,平均侵害率为44.78%,平均密度为1.34只/张。三级医院、二级医院、民营医院、社区服务中心、诊所侵害率分别为67.78%、37.42%、18.28%、10.71%。医疗机构内各生境类型均有蟑螂侵害,其中食堂、病房、药房、门诊部、行政办公室蟑螂平均侵害率分别为72.58%、57.21%、44.18%、35.34%、17.64%。结论医疗机构蟑螂侵害严重主要分布在食堂和病房,是构成医院感染潜在的危险因素,应引起高度重视。 Objective To understand the status of cockroach infiltration in medical institutions in Zhengzhou and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cockroaches. Methods Trapping cockroaches by trapping method and counting and data analysis. Results A total of 556 rooms were surveyed, with an average aggression rate of 44.78% and an average density of 1.34 / piece. The infringement rates of tertiary hospitals, secondary hospitals, private hospitals, community service centers and clinics were 67.78%, 37.42%, 18.28% and 10.71% respectively. Cockroaches were infested in all habitat types in medical institutions. The average infringement rates of cockroaches in canteens, wards, pharmacies, clinics and administrative offices were 72.58%, 57.21%, 44.18%, 35.34% and 17.64% respectively. Conclusion Serious cockroaches in medical institutions are mainly distributed in canteens and wards, which are potential risk factors of nosocomial infection and should be given high priority.
