随着中国加速走向国际化、现代化的进程 ,必然产生对高素质涉外型人才的巨大需求。双语人才将成为中国参与国际竞争的人才素质的重要内涵。借鉴教育发达国家的经验 ,改革传统的教学 ,探索新的能够高效优质地培养出双语人才的教育方法 ,是高等教育适应社会发展需要的必然趋势 ,也是素质教育进一步深化的必然结果。本文对双语教学的内涵认识、教师和学生的外语水平、教材的选择以及双语教学模式等方面的问题进行了初步探讨。
As China accelerates its course of internationalization and modernization, it will inevitably have a huge demand for high-quality foreign-related professionals. Bilingual talents will become an important part of China’s quality of personnel participating in international competition. Learning from the experience of educated developed countries, reforming traditional teaching and exploring new educational methods capable of cultivating bilingual talents with high efficiency and high quality are the inevitable trend of higher education to meet the needs of social development and the inevitable result of the further deepening of quality-oriented education. This article first explores the connotation of bilingual education, the level of foreign language teachers and students, the choice of teaching materials and the bilingual teaching mode.
