目的观察无创正压通气(NPPV)治疗急性左心衰效果。方法 36例患者在药物治疗的同时使用多功能呼吸机无创通气,观察通气前及通气后2h的血氧饱和度、呼吸频率、血压、血气分析等变化。结果 34例患者治疗后心率、血压及动脉血气等指标明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),患者病情明显好转,总有效率为100%。结论急性左心衰早期积极的NPPV能迅速纠正机体缺氧,有效缓解症状。
Objective To observe the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV) on acute left heart failure. Methods Thirty - six patients underwent noninvasive ventilation with a multi - function ventilator. The changes of oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, blood pressure and blood gas analysis before and 2h after ventilation were observed. Results After treatment, heart rate, blood pressure and arterial blood gas were significantly improved in 34 patients (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The patient’s condition improved obviously with a total effective rate of 100%. Conclusion The positive NPPV in early stage of acute left heart failure can quickly correct the body hypoxia and relieve the symptoms effectively.
