用HRP逆行标记法对20只猫蓝斑核(Lc)向大脑皮质的投射进行了研究,全面观察、分析了起源细胞的形态及分布,发现Lc向大脑皮质有广泛的投射,其优势区在前半皮质。向前乙状回投射的神经元最多,占Lc神经元总数的15.2%,其次是冠状回和后乙状回,分别占10.3%和7.3%。向各个脑回的投射均以同侧为主。Lc内标记细胞形态在各例差异不大,主要为中等大小的卵圆形、梭形和三角形细胞,分布在核的全长,但多数例在核的中、尾段有更多的标记细胞,向前乙状回投射的标记细胞则以核的尾段较多。
The projection of Lc to the cerebral cortex of 20 cats was studied by HRP retrograde labeling method. The morphology and distribution of the origin cells were observed and analyzed. It was found that Lc had a wide projection to the cerebral cortex, The first half of the cortex. Projections of retrograde B neurons were the largest, accounting for 15.2% of the total Lc neurons, followed by coronal and posterior sigmoid loops, accounting for 10.3% and 7.3%, respectively. Projections to all brain back to the same side are dominated. There was no significant difference in the number of labeled cells in Lc, which was mainly oval, fusiform and triangular cells of medium size distributed in the full length of the nucleus, but most of the cases had more labeled cells in the middle and caudal segments , The progenitor B back projection of the marker cells to the nuclear tail segment more.
