轮窑是砖瓦行业的主要焙烧设备.其排烟形式直接影响着产量和能耗.在1991年前我地区7个轮窑是靠烟囱排烟,由于烟囱高度不一佯.口径也不一样.再加上个别烟囱透风等原因影响轮窑排烟.对红砖产量和质量都有影响.我地区还有4个轮窑虽未建烟囱,但都采用大功率离心风机排烟.由于风量小,能耗很高.1991年5月东京城林业局马河砖厂首先引进了西安《砖瓦》杂志社读者服务部经销的节能型风机,安装在20门轮窑上进行试验.效果很好.
