气动马达(风马达),它是把压缩空气的压力能换为机械能的能量转换装置,其功用是相当于电动机或液压马达。它输出力矩广泛用于矿山机械以及其他气动技术中,作为驱动工作机构的旋转运动。本文将针对活塞式气动马达缸内空气的状态变化过程的分析,进而提出了描述这些过程的微分方程式,为气动马达的过程的数值计算提供了有关的数学模型。文中所提到的分析方法、笔者认为对其他容积式的气动机械的工作过程分析也有一定的参考价值,对其中微分方程只要赋于不同的边界条件,同样可以用于有关过程的讨论。
Air motor (wind motor), which is compressed air pressure can be exchanged for mechanical energy conversion device, its function is equivalent to the motor or hydraulic motor. Its output torque is widely used in mining machinery and other pneumatic technology, as the rotational movement of the working mechanism. In this paper, we will analyze the process of cylinder air condition in Piston air motor, and then put forward the differential equation to describe these processes, which provides the mathematical model for the numerical calculation of air motor. The analysis methods mentioned in the article, I think that other volume pneumatic machinery working process analysis also has some reference value, in which the differential equation as long as given different boundary conditions, the same can be used for the discussion of the process.
