在运输公司党委的领导下,在二汽计算中心的指导下,我们利用PC—1500袖珍计算机结合车队运输生产管理统计的实际情况,编制了看板运输日统计程序,并在黄麻沟车队进行试用,对运输生产的主要技术经济指标如车公里、运量、周转量、重载公里、燃料应耗和实耗、节超等进行计算机分类统计处理,比传统的方法加快了处理速度。且计算准确,综合性强,从而得到业务人员的欢迎。
