聚合物溶液的稳定性是聚合物性能评价的重要参数之一,关于聚合物溶液稳定性的试验评价方法在国内尚没有形成定型的程序。河南油田地层温度高,是影响聚合物溶液稳定性的重要因素,确定聚合物溶液稳定性的试验方法是认识聚合物稳定性的重要手段。研究了饱和氧和控制氧两种情况下聚合物溶液稳定性的3套试验方法,分析了它们之间的优缺点,最后确定出一套准确可靠、简捷快速的试验方法即整体除氧、单管抽真空法。结果表明,不同的试验方法得出的结果有很大的差别,有的并不能准确地反映聚合物溶液的稳定性;而控制溶液中含氧量可以明显提高溶液的稳定性。
The stability of the polymer solution is one of the most important parameters for the evaluation of polymer properties. The experimental evaluation of the stability of the polymer solution has not been established in China. The high formation temperature in Henan Oilfield is an important factor affecting the stability of polymer solution. The test method to determine the stability of polymer solution is an important means to recognize the stability of polymer. Three sets of test methods for the stability of polymer solution under both saturated and controlled oxygen conditions were studied. The advantages and disadvantages between them were analyzed. Finally, a set of accurate, reliable, simple and fast test methods, namely the overall oxygen removal, single Tube vacuum method. The results show that the results obtained by different test methods are quite different, and some do not accurately reflect the stability of the polymer solution; and control the oxygen content of the solution can significantly improve the stability of the solution.
