从24对水稻SSR引物中筛选到12对引物在超级杂交稻桂两优2号的亲本间有多态性。选用互补带型特征最明显的引物RM17对桂两优2号的4批种子进行了纯度鉴定,并与田间种植纯度鉴定结果进行了比较分析。结果表明用SSR标记RM17检测到桂两优2号4批种子纯度变幅为97.0%~97.4%,分别比对应种子批的田间种植鉴定纯度高0.1~0.4个百分点;SSR标记鉴定和田间种植鉴定均检测到5种相同类型杂株,其中田间种植农艺性状相似、生育期长3 d的变异株,SSR检测表现为正常的父母本互补带型,这是SSR鉴定纯度略高于田间鉴定纯度的主要原因。
Twelve pairs of primers were screened from 24 pairs of rice SSR primers and their polymorphisms were found in the parents of super hybrid rice Guiliangyou 2. The purity of four batches of seeds of Guiliangyou 2 was identified by the primer RM17 with the most obvious characteristic of complementary bands. The results were compared with those of field planting purity identification. The results showed that the SSR marker RM17 was used to detect the purity variation of four batches of Guiliangyou 2 from 97.0% to 97.4%, which was 0.1 ~ 0.4% higher than that of the corresponding seed batches. The SSR marker identification and field planting identification Five of the same type of heterosis were detected in the field. Among them, the mutants with similar agronomic traits and growth period of 3 d were planted in the field. The SSR test showed the normal parental complement, which was slightly higher than the purity of the SSR main reason.
