本文分析了海外华人学者高友工先生“美典”说的三个向度:批评美学、文类诗学和文化哲学。本文旨在提醒学界注意,在就抒情传统能否代表中国文化传统的主流展开论辩之前,要先认真考察高友工先生的概念工具、理论渊源和文化境遇。任何有关传统的描述都是古今中西矛盾中的理论建构,其困难往往大于历史事实的梳理和文化理想的寻求。
This article analyzes the three orientations of overseas Chinese scholar Gao You-gong: “Aesthetic Criticism”: criticizing aesthetics, literary poetics and cultural philosophy. The purpose of this article is to remind the academics that prior to debating whether or not the lyrical tradition can represent the mainstream of Chinese culture and tradition, we must first carefully examine Mr. Gao Yougong’s conceptual tools, theoretical origins and cultural circumstances. Any of the traditional descriptions are the theoretical construction of the contradictions between China and the West in ancient and modern times. The difficulties are often greater than those of the historical facts and the pursuit of cultural ideals.
