奎尼丁晕厥为使用奎尼丁时极其严重，的副作用。表现为不可预测的室性心动过速或/及心室颤动的反复发作。在试用奎尼丁转复心房颤动及心房扑动时4.4％发生此并发症、死亡率为11.5％。
