中共中央《关于加强和改进思想政治工作的意见》指出:“加强和改进新形势下党的思想政治工作,是全党的一件大事,也是宣传思想工作的重中之重。”如何根据中央的要求,结合银行改革与发展的新形势加强和改进银行思想政治工作,增强银行思想政治工作的战斗力、说服力、感召力和凝聚力,最大限度地调动银行干部职工的积极性和创造性,团结和动员员工投身于银行改革与发展的伟大实践,是一项紧迫而现实的任务。本文拟就加强和改进新形势下银行思想政治工作的途径和目标作一些分析和探讨。
The CPC Central Committee’s “Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work” pointed out: “Strengthening and improving the party’s ideological and political work under the new situation is a major event for the entire party as well as the most important task in propaganda and ideological work.” In accordance with the requirements of the Central Government and in light of the new situation of bank reform and development, we should strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of banks, enhance the combat effectiveness, persuasion, charisma and cohesion of bank ideological and political work, mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of bank cadres and workers to the utmost, And mobilize employees to devote themselves to the great practice of bank reform and development is an urgent and realistic task. This article intends to make some analysis and discussion on the ways and objectives of strengthening and improving the bank’s ideological and political work in the new situation.
