最近,我院收治了1例误诊为双下肢静脉曲张系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者,报道如下。1病历摘要女,37岁。因因全身水肿4个月余入院。2009-07初,无明显诱因出现双下肢静脉扩张,未在意。但静脉扩张进行性加重。到当地医院就诊,诊断为双下肢静脉曲张。予药物治疗(具体不详),并予抬高患肢,穿弹力袜等处置,双下肢静脉扩张略减轻。2009-11病情加重,
